I acknowledge the risks of riding a pedal trolley, including falls, traffic, and injury, and I agree to follow staff instructions. Alcohol may be present on this ride; I ride at my own risk if I drink or ride with others who drink, and I will not board if I am too impaired to ride safely. I release Blue Shore Pedal Lounge LLC from ordinary negligence claims to the fullest extent Texas law allows, and I confirm I have read and agree to the full Terms and Waiver at bluepedallounge.com/terms.

For walk-up and SMS riders. Booked guests may still be asked to complete the full waiver when required. Per ride — not a year-long pass.
