    Blue Shore Pedal Lounge LLC (“Blue Shore,” “BSPL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information for our Corpus Christi, Texas party-bike tours and related websites, booking tools, and communications.

    • Phone: 361-600-8508 (human staff and our AI voice agent “Art”)
    • SMS, email, Facebook Messenger, and website chat widgets
    • In-person booking and tour operations
    • Ads, analytics, and pixels on our properties

    2. Information We Collect

    Information you provide

    • Name, phone, email, and address if provided
    • Booking details (tour type, date/time, party size, guest names if provided, special requests)
    • Payment data processed by Square (we do not store full card numbers or CVV)
    • Emails, SMS, chat/Messenger content, call recordings/transcripts (including “Art”), voicemail
    • Electronic waiver information
    • Marketing preferences, reviews, and survey responses
    • Job applicant information if you apply
    • Account / courtesy booking-credit records if we issue a discretionary credit to your account

    • Device/browser data, IP address, approximate location from IP, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps
    • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
    • Analytics and advertising events

    Information from other sources

    • Staff entries in CRM / booking tools
    • Square (payment status, refunds, disputes)
    • Messaging/telephony providers (e.g., Twilio) and CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel / Lead Connector)
    • Social platforms when you message our pages
    • Ops tools (e.g., Google Calendar) used to run rides
    • Public information when needed for fraud or safety

    We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers or continuous precise geolocation. Age/ID checks at boarding are typically visual and not stored as scans unless a provider’s process requires otherwise. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in messages or calls.

    3. How We Use Information

    • Fulfill bookings (confirmations, reminders, day-of logistics, My Reservation)
    • Process payments, deposits, taxes/fees, refunds where applicable, and dispute/chargeback response
    • Customer service via phone, SMS, chat, Messenger, email, and AI voice agent “Art”
    • Safety and operations (capacity, drivers, weather, conduct)
    • Marketing with consent where required (email/SMS) and ad measurement/retargeting
    • Analytics and service improvement
    • Fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance
    • Business administration (accounting, insurance, counsel)

    4. How We Share Information

    We share information with service providers who help run the business, including:

    • Payments: Square (and Afterpay or similar if enabled — subject to their own policies)
    • CRM / messaging: GoHighLevel (Lead Connector) and chat widgets
    • Telephony / SMS: Twilio and related carriers
    • AI processing for the “Art” voice agent (e.g., OpenAI or successor under vendor terms)
    • Analytics: Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics
    • Advertising: Meta Pixel / Ads
    • Automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) connecting our systems
    • Website hosting/CDN providers
    • Waiver provider
    • Professional advisors (accountants, insurers, attorneys)

    We may also disclose information if you ask us to, to protect rights/safety/property, in a business transfer, or when required by law.

    We do not sell customer lists for money. Use of advertising pixels (including Meta Pixel) and similar tools may involve “sharing” or targeted advertising disclosures under some state privacy laws. See “Your Privacy Rights.”

    5. SMS & Telephone Communications

    Transactional / booking messages

    By providing your phone number for an inquiry or booking, you consent to receive calls and texts about your booking and customer service, including via automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, and our AI agent “Art.” These may include confirmations, reminders, weather notices, schedule changes, and support.

    Marketing messages

    Marketing texts or calls require separate affirmative consent where required by the TCPA and similar laws. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase unless clearly stated and permitted by law.

    • Message frequency varies
    • Message and data rates may apply
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

    Transactional booking messages may still be sent as needed to fulfill a booking even after a marketing opt-out.

    6. Email Marketing

    If you join our email list, we send promotions until you unsubscribe via the email link or contact us. Booking/ transactional emails are not marketing emails.

    7. Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies

    We and partners use cookies/pixels for essential site function, analytics, and advertising. Technologies on our properties include:

    8. Retention

    We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, including booking/payment records for accounting, tax, chargebacks, and legal defense; communications for support and disputes; marketing data until opt-out or obsolete; analytics per vendor settings; and waivers for liability defense. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify where feasible.

    9. Security

    We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including reputable processors and encryption in transit where provided by vendors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

    10. Your Privacy Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of marketing or certain targeted advertising / “sale” or “sharing.”

    California and similar state laws may provide rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising rights.

    Notice regarding advertising technologies: We use Meta Pixel and similar tools that may disclose online identifiers and event data to advertising partners for targeted advertising, which may be treated as “sharing” under CPRA-style laws.

    Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email info@bluepedallounge.com with subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and include your name, email, and phone used for bookings. We may verify requests (for example, with booking details). Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.

    We honor reasonable access, deletion, and marketing opt-out requests and applicable federal rules (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and COPPA).

    11. Children’s Privacy

    Our online booking and marketing are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have.

    Tours may include minors accompanied by adults; adults provide booking information and remain responsible for minors. We do not knowingly use children’s data for targeted advertising.

    12. International Users

    Our operations and primary processors are U.S.-based. If you access from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S.

    13. Third-Party Sites

    Links to Google Reviews, Facebook, Square, waiver providers, Afterpay, or other third parties are governed by those parties’ policies.
